The story begins when Tanvi’s mother (Pallavi Joshi) goes to America for a summit and leaves Tanvi with her grandfather, retired Colonel Raina (Anupam Kher). Initially, Colonel Raina finds it difficult to understand Tanvi’s condition, but gradually he understands her world. A deep connection begins to form between them. From a video clip, Tanvi learns about her late father’s unfulfilled dream and then she decides to fulfill her father’s dream by joining the army. Anupam Kher has played the role of a strict but gentle grandfather with great heart. Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swami and Boman Irani have made a strong impact even in small roles and the cameo of ‘Game of Thrones’ fame Iain Glen gives the film an international touch.
