Mirai Movie Review Teja Sajja Mythological Fantasy Wins Hearts with Action, Devotion and Thrills

Mirai

Mirai Movie Review: South’s famous hero Teja Sajja surprised people with his mythological fantasy thriller film Hanuman and now once again he is seen winning people’s hearts in ‘Mirai’. Will Teja Sajja once again be able to work his magic in theaters or not, whether you should watch this film or not, let us know in this review.

what is the story

The story of Mirai begins with King Ashoka of Kalinga, a Chakravartin emperor. When Emperor Ashoka realizes that he does not want to fight a war, he divides his powers into nine texts and gives them to warriors from nine different countries. These same warriors have been protecting these texts for years. But now Mahabir Lama (Manoj Manchu), who has achieved victory over the dark powers, wants to acquire these nine texts because he wants to become God. The responsibility of stopping this is taken by a yogini named Ambika (Shriya Saran), who has many powers. But she must sacrifice her child to stop the llama and she sacrifices her son to save the world.

Now this boy Veda (Teja Sajja) gradually grows up and moves from one place to another, while Lama becomes more powerful with time. He has acquired the eight Mahagranthas and now moves on to the ninth Mahagrantha, the responsibility of safeguarding which rests with the Veda, who is in many respects inferior to the Lama. So will Veda be able to save this world from the havoc of Lama? Or will the Lama achieve immortality and turn himself into a god? To know this you will have to watch the film.

how is the movie

Mythology, science fiction, action, comedy… you are going to see everything in the film. The first half of the film is good… but at many places you will find the story running here and there. In the first half you will feel that many things have been skipped. But it is certain that you will not get bored and if you liked the first half of the film, then believe me the second half of the film is going to fascinate you more. There will be many such moments in the second half of the film when your hair will stand on end. Teja Sajja’s repeated stand up and prepare for battle will inspire you.

To some extent, this film will remind you of ‘Brahmastra’ and ‘Hanuman’. Just as you felt love for Lord Hanuman in Teja Sajja’s previous film ‘Hanuman’, in this film you will feel love for Lord Shri Ram. When this film ends, there will be only one name on your tongue – ‘Jai Shri Ram’.

This film will fill your mind with devotion to Ram, it is a mass appealing film, which can be liked by people of every section. There are many messages hidden in this film – like sacrifice is necessary for a greater purpose.

how is the acting

Almost all the characters have done a good job in this film. However, looking at Teja Sajja, it seemed as if he had moved from ‘Hanuman’ to ‘Mirai’. But it is not his fault… his character itself is fabricated like this. Shriya Saran’s role in this film is small but very impressive and gives the feeling of an important character. Shriya’s emotional scenes touch the heart and her determination shown in the film can impress you. Jagapati Babu’s role in the film is also quite small but you will find Shriya’s role more impressive than Jagapati Babu’s. Ritika Nayak’s work in the film is also decent. She brings a freshness to the film.

final review

This part of the film could have been even better. The story was also good, but the touch of South cinema is clearly visible in the story. However, the second half of the film was quite good. Overall, if you like mythological films then you can watch this film and the real fun of watching this film lies in the theater only. This film gets 3.5 stars from Filmibeat Hindi.
